The photos have been snapped; the entries submitted; the winners chosen. Now it’s time for the big reveal! Please join us for the 6th Annual 2014 Retail as Art Artist Reception and Exhibition from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on April 9th at 129Leslie in the Dallas Design District.

This year marks a key milestone for Retail as Art as we will be doubling the scholarship dollars this year, awarding over $10,000 to our winning participants.

Browse this year’s notable entries while enjoying hors d’oeuvres provided by Bolsa Mercado and gelato from Paciugo. Guests can snap a selfie or a group shot photo in our fun ShutterBooth photo booth while tapping their toes to tunes by DJ Blake Ward.

Students, parents and teachers will have the opportunity to mingle with judges and sponsors and the highlight of the evening will be the announcement of the 2014 Scholarship winners.

These blogging goddesses have graciously given their time to help generate buzz for this year’s Retail as Art photography competition. Food to fashion; arts to architecture; nightlife to novels; travel to tech. These women know their Dallas retail! Each shares a passion for cultivating our youth: the future of the Dallas arts community.

Her counterpart Allison has a love of working with children and devotes her time to helping others and serving as a mentor. When they aren’t out saving the world or hitting the town, you can find them working out, training for marathons, playing tennis, attending concerts and cultural events, spending time with their chi-weenies and shopping for a bargain of course! Who says you can’t have it all?
